Confirmation
Confirmation marks the point in the Christian journey at which adults or children decide to affirm for themselves the faith into which they were baptised. This is an important decision, and we would be happy to take this opportunity to discuss with us whether your child or you feel ready at this stage to take this significant step.

The informal preparation sessions are led by Father Tim (youth) and Father Evan (Adults), the Revd Pippa Turner from St Philips Earls Court Road, Helen her curate and Mother Emma. The group discusses various areas of worship and religion, taking you on a journey to draw closer to God and an understanding of your own faith. A sample of this years course, and the topics covered, can be found below.

During the service each candidate comes forward to be anointed with oil and blessed.
